What is Anza’s return policy?
We love our products -- and we hope you do too. However, if you have to return an item, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. When a product is returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the return.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please fill out our Exchange/Return Form below to return or exchange an item, and someone from our Customer Support team will reach out to you.
To be eligible for a return, all items must have their original tags and be in the same condition that you received them. It should be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of visible wear and use will not be issued refunds or exchanges.
After we receive your item and confirm its condition, someone from our Customer Support team will reach out to you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address of where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
