Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery options for each item on its product page as well as in your cart. Anza does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered by our partner carriers.

What are Anza’s sustainability efforts in shipping and packaging?

We offset our carbon footprint by purchasing carbon credits to fund climate change solutions. We also plant a tree for every order purchased in our store. Our Anza products branded with Anza box packaging are FSC and made of eco-friendly materials, and our poly-mailers are biodegradable. 

Where does Anza ship to?

Anza ships domestically to all 50 of the United States through our partner carriers.

Where do your products ship from?

Our distribution centers are located in the U.S and overseas.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are dependent on your location and the products’ size and weight. The easiest way to see how much shipping will cost is to place items in your cart and begin checkout.

Local import duties and taxes may be requested based on individual products, materials, or price thresholds. These vary by state. We cannot predict or charge them in advance and will not be responsible for them should they be requested by the order-receiving state.

What is the estimated shipping time?

Orders will be processed & shipped according to the shipping option on each product’s page which is typically between 1 - 3 days.

Shipping and delivery dates are calculated based on business days only.

Shipping for products within the continental US typically takes 3 - 7 business days, but products shipped from international locations may take between 10 - 20 days with possible delays due to COVID-19.

    How is shipping computed if I order more than one product?

    When ordering only one item, the shipping options are shown in the checkout for you to select. If you order multiple items, our store automatically calculates the lowest shipping cost available.

    Can I make changes to, or cancel an order?

    We realize mistakes happen and changes are necessary, so if you need to make an adjustment, please reach out to customer@anzashop.com as soon as possible. Our customer support team will do their best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee changes, and after 24 hours we will be unable to cancel or modify your order in any way.

    I received a tracking number but I'm not sure if my order has moved yet.

    Rest assured, if you received a tracking number, your order has already shipped and is en route to you, although some orders require additional time for the tracking details to update.

    I'm trying to track my order but the link isn't working.

    What can I do if an item is out of stock?

    For inquiries on when an item may become available in our inventory, please send us an email to customer@anzashop.com.

    COVID-19 information

    How are your operations affected by COVID-19?

    As a company, like many other businesses, we are navigating the effects of COVID-19. Our Customer Support Center is currently working from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, Monday - Saturday, but should answer any inquiries and respond within 24 hours or less.

    Shipments should be on time, but are dependent on our partner carriers. Please understand that there may possibly be slightly longer than usual shipping times.
